When the principals of Southwest Labs made the decision to start their own toxicology lab, they were acutely aware that out-of-state and out-of-date laboratories were not providing the level of service local doctors and their staff deserve and need to provide optimal patient care. Often turnaround times were too long and sometimes sporadic, causing unnecessary delays and questionable reliability. Southwest Labs processes tests locally in New Mexico, so rapid turn around times are standard. Period. Plus, SWL staff are available to answer questions, address concerns, and accommodate special needs at almost anytime.
